The Inking House is a Delhi-based calligraphy and engraving studio offering customised art services and handcrafted products. Our services include calligraphy, live event personalisation, engraving, wedding and event stationery, and other curated creations.

This website is operated by The Inking House. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Inking House.

Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or state of residence.

You may not use our products or services for any unauthorized or illegal purpose. You must not transmit any code of a destructive nature.

Any breach or violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your services.

Product & Service Customisation

All our products are made-to-order or customised, and may vary slightly from the reference image. Minor variations in colour, finish, or placement are part of the handmade nature and not considered defects.

We take care to ensure accuracy in personalisation details, but it is the customer’s responsibility to double-check all spellings, names, and text submitted at checkout.

Once the order is confirmed, changes may not be possible as production begins shortly after.

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in INR and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time without liability.

Full payment is required at checkout. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and other secure payment options via our payment gateway.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines are mentioned per product but may vary depending on customization, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Since all our items are personalised and made-to-order, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds.

In case your item is received in a damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess and offer a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to reject any return/refund request if it doesn’t comply with our policy.

Intellectual Property

All artworks, designs, text, photographs, and branding used on this website are the sole property of The Inking House and are protected under intellectual property law.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to make changes to our products, pricing, policies, or any part of the service without prior notice. Continued use of the website following such changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Limitation of Liability

The Inking House shall not be held responsible for any damages arising from use or misuse of any service or product. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
